Yvan Salamon – President of Argon Group
Founder and President of Argon Group, Yvan has managed and been directly involved in many assignments to improve operations (costs, cash flow), and industrial and logistics strategy assignments in the retail and manufacturing industries. Before setting up Argon Group, Yvan Salamon was a member of the European Board of Hays Logistics Group (Kuehne & Nagel), where he was in charge of production methods and organization. Prior to that, Yvan Salamon spent four years as Production Plants Manager with CGC, and five years with the strategy consulting company, Mars & Co. Yvan is a graduate of the Ponts & Chaussées engineering school.
Fabrice Bonneau – Vice President, Argon Consulting France
Before becoming Vice President of Argon Consulting, Fabrice Bonneau was in charge of the Manufacturing Distribution Retail sector at Capgemini Consulting, and a member of the management committee. Before that, he was one of the founders of PEA Consulting. Fabrice has worked on numerous performance improvement (cost cutting, stock reductions, improvement of service) and change projects in the supply chain and manufacturing industries. He has also managed supply chain strategy, governance and organization projects, manufacturing system projects, supply chain planning (forecasting, planning, stock optimization) projects and information system master plan projects, in all the manufacturing and retail industries. Fabrice is a graduate of the Ponts & Chaussées engineering school and a qualified mathematician. Fabrice is also the President of the Industrial Engineering department of the Ponts & Chaussées engineering school.
Aamir Aka –Associate Director, Argon Consulting Middle East
Aamir is the Associate Director of Argon Consulting Middle East and is in charge of business development in that region. A graduate of the University of London, Aamir joined Andersen Consulting when he left university and worked for several years as a consultant in operational performance. Before joining Argon Consulting in 2002, Aamir was the VP of Crédit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in London and New York between 1998 and 2002.
Laurent de Bourmont – Associate Director
Before joining Argon Consulting, Laurent de Bourmont was a partner at Bearing Point, in the retail and consumer goods group. He has 15 years of experience in the optimization of the supply chain in manufacturing (luxury goods, consumer goods) and distribution (retailing, specialist distribution and e-commerce) environments. Laurent is a graduate of HEC and Science Po Paris.
Fabrice Corbière – Associate Director
Fabrice Corbière has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain consulting in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer products/luxury, manufacturing and services industries. He has worked on more than 40 projects to change the supply chain and define strategies, right up to change management support. He is also experienced in the issues of supply chain governance, industrial planning (forecasts, planning, stock management), the overhaul of manufacturing and logistics chains and the optimization of logistics. Before joining Argon Consulting, Fabrice was an Associate Director with PEA Consulting, before moving to Cap Gemini Consulting, where he was in charge of the supply chain practice. Fabrice is a graduate of Centrale Paris.
Nicolas Gelle – Associate Director
Nicolas Gellé has 16 years of experience in consulting, in particular in the fields of service strategy, manufacturing or logistics master plans, the reconfiguration of supply chain processes and organizational changes. Nicolas Gellé has worked on restructuring, performance plan, activity outsourcing and transfer, and warehouse and industrial site design projects. Before joining Argon Consulting, Nicolas was in charge of the manufacturing entity at Valtech Axelboss, of which he was one of the founders. He was also Supply Chain Director at Moulinex. Nicolas started his career with Ouroumoff and CSC Peat Marwick. He is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Lille.
Dominique Hondermarck – Associate Director
Dominique Hondermarck has more than 15 years of experience in consulting. Prior to that, he occupied operational positions for 15 years as Director of Manufacturing and Design Office Director. He has supervised numerous projects in the manufacturing sector (PSA, Airbus, iron and steel, process industries, etc.) in the following fields: Lean Manufacturing and manufacturing performance, maintenance and asset management, improvement of the practices of suppliers and purchasing, while always paying close attention to the change support methods. Dominique is one of the French experts in Lean manufacturing. Before joining Argon Consulting, Dominique was an Associate Director with Cap Gemini Consulting, then with Ineum, where he was in charge of the manufacturing activity. Dominique is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille and INSEAD. He is also qualified in manufacturing information technology.
Marc Peigné – Associate Director
Marc Peigné is one of France’s leading specialists in logistics. Marc has worked on numerous projects involving logistics master plans, operational re-engineering, outsourcing and change management. Before joining Argon Consulting, he worked for Hays Logistics (Kuehne & Nagel), where he was the Director of Production Engineering and Logistics Engineering for France, and a Divisional Director. Prior to that, Marc was in charge of procurement at Alcatel.
Mark Simmons – Managing Partner of Argon Operations Consulting Ltd
Mark Simmons is a specialist of Supply Chain & Procurement. Before joining Argon Consulting, Mark held partner and principal positions at Booz, Allen & Hamilton (EU), Ernst &Young (EU and US), Archstone Consulting (EU) and Efficio Ltd (EU) in Procurement & Supply Chain. He also held executive supply chain management roles in two global manufacturing companies ($340M and $2.6B) with responsibility for building and deploying a supply chain & procurement capabilities. Mark holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.
