Every consultant benefits from our mentoring system. The mentors support and accompany the consultant throughout their professional careers. Each mission is supervised by an Associate Director and a manager in order to keep close track of works in progress.

We pay very close attention to the entry of young recruits, who are closely monitored as soon as they arrive in order to facilitate their integration.

Our organization allows us to offer these young recruits the possibility to progress in all of our specialties. It is our stated aim to train multi-disciplinary professionals, capable of intervening at any point of the operational value chain.

To this end, we pay close attention to our team staffing. Decisions to assign consultants to a project are taken jointly by managers and Associates, and take both the demands of the assignment and the personal development priorities of the consultants into consideration.

Our assignments are very varied, ranging from supply chain strategy and governance projects, operational due diligence on behalf of investment funds, or industrial master plans, to highly operational projects to optimize flows, forecasting and planning processes, the implementation of Lean manufacturing in production plants or operational performance plans.

Every two weeks, we alternately hold feedback sessions on a recent assignment and a training session, in order to facilitate knowledge transfers beyond the project teams themselves. The training program comprises a common core by grade, supplemented by “a la carte” training courses, jointly selected by the consultants. The training is delivered by our in-house experts, and in particular by Associates and managers.

Career prospects

Every consultant that joins our consulting firm benefits from the same opportunities to progress. Their speed of advancement depends on the acquisition of new skills and their development potential.

Managers conduct an assessment at the end of every project. A review committee meets twice a year with the mentors to review the professional progress and the development potential of each consultant.

The typical career path is: Junior Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Director and, finally, Associate Director.
