Information systems
- Description
-
Information systems represent an increasingly important competitive advantage in complex operating environments. They make a direct contribution to the implementation of best practices, the alignment of the company’s internal and external players and rapid access to structured and reliable information.
The main challenge consists in aligning the information systems with the company’s business requirements. While technology provides businesses with an opportunity to improve their performance, it can also be a risk or act as a brake. Therefore, it is critically important to make sure that choices and projects are based on business-oriented factors, while optimizing the cost of ownership of the information systems.
Argon Consulting helps its customers in Business Management and IT departments:
- by identifying and measuring the importance of information systems in terms of performance,
- by defining an information systems strategy that is in line with these challenges,
- by revising processes so that they are adapted to the specifics of the company and apply best practices,
- by helping customers to choose the right solutions and sharing its experience of market solutions (ERP, APS, TMS, WMS, CRM, etc.) during the decision-making process.
Finally, we also support our customers in the implementation phase by providing assistance in project management and made-to-measure functional support for the change management process (changes in culture, behaviors, skills, training, communication, etc.).
