R&D
- Description
-
The capacity to develop new products or services that increase revenue and/or market share, the reduction of time-to-market and the associated costs have become significant differentiating factors for companies at a time of deep-seated changes in end consumer behavior, rapid technological progress and intensification of worldwide competition.
Industrial manufacturers face a number of challenges:
- How can they better manage innovation and their portfolio of new products and services and make sure that their research and development processes are in harmony with the company’s business strategy?
- How can processes be made sufficiently efficient to guarantee that the expected results are achieved in terms of cost of product or service, length of design and development cycles, and performance achievement?
- How can partners (suppliers, customers, etc) cooperate in the innovation and industrial manufacturing processes?
- How can the costs of research and development processes be kept under control?
Argon Consulting can help Research and Development, Design Offices and Production Planning departments:
- to identify and quantify the levers that improve operational performance,
- to customize and deploy the best practices acquired during its assignments.
Argon Consulting focuses on management control systems and collaborative and cross-functional management methods in order to optimize R&D practices and bring about changes in organizations.
