About Argon

A rapidly expanding business on a human scale

In 2018, Argon Consulting and Crimson & Co merged to create a leading international consulting firm that specialises in operations transformation.

Those who join Argon Consulting join a team with a shared work philosophy, of mutual help and support. The management team promotes these values; Partners support Consultants, and are involved in the daily business of every one of the firm's assignments.

An enriching career path

We offer consultants who join us a unique experience in a high-level environment, bringing together profiles from the best engineering or business schools with specialist training in the area of operations. Our consultants can all speak 2 to 3 languages, and most of them have studied or lived abroad.

Our flexible organization enables us to offer our new recruits the chance to develop their skills in all of our specialties. Our goal is to train multidisciplinary professionals who can be involved in the entire operational value chain.

Our assignments are extremely varied, ranging from projects in strategy, operational governance, and industrial management schemes to highly operational projects in optimizing flows and processes.

Our work is often carried out in an international context. We have offices in France and the UK and our goal is to develop our company abroad.

We pay particular attention to the staffing of teams. Managers and Partners jointly decide on project allocation, taking into account both the requirements of each assignment and, where possible, our consultants’ development priorities and any personal constraints.
